Osmanthus Pouchong combines delicately oxidised Pouchong tea with fragrant osmanthus flowers. The tea is gently processed to allow the leaves to absorb the naturally sweet floral aroma, then finely ground into a versatile whole-leaf tea powder.
The result is elegant and beautifully aromatic, with the soft character of Pouchong followed by sweet osmanthus and a lingering floral finish. It is especially good in iced drinks and milk-based recipes where its perfume-like aroma can shine.

How to prepare
- Sift 2–4g tea powder into a bowl or cup.
- Add 40–60ml water at approximately 75–80°C.
- Whisk thoroughly until smooth.
- Add more water for a light floral tea, or 150–200ml milk for an Osmanthus Oolong latte.
- For an iced version, pour over plenty of ice.
Start with 2g to highlight its delicate floral aroma; use 3–4g for milk drinks or a stronger tea flavour.
