A finely ground Earl Grey black tea with the unmistakable aromatic character of bergamot. The richness of black tea is lifted by fresh citrus notes reminiscent of bergamot and lemon peel, creating a tea powder that is fragrant, bright and full of character.
Unlike traditionally brewed Earl Grey, the whole tea is consumed in powdered form, giving drinks and desserts a fuller tea flavour. It pairs particularly well with milk, vanilla, chocolate, berries and citrus.

How to prepare an Earl Grey latte
- Sift 2–4g tea powder into a cup.
- Add 40–60ml hot water at approximately 80°C.
- Whisk thoroughly until smooth.
- Add 150–200ml hot or iced milk.
- Sweeten if desired.
Use around 2g for a softer citrus-forward drink and 3–4g when you want the black tea character to remain pronounced through milk.
